Hi, I’m Leanne Waid and I am a Client Service Associate at Omnica Wealth. I have a part of the financial industry for 29 years and have earned my FINRA Series 6 (Investment Co Products/Variable Contracts), Series 7 (General Securities Representative), and Series 63 (Uniform Security Agent State Law) registrations. I am proud of the service and experience I provide to our clients, and I have established strong, trusting relationships with them over the years.
I love spending time with my two children and four grandchildren. We have family dinner every Sunday and take a yearly vacation together. Our grandkids frequently spend the weekend with us, and I cherish every moment I spend with them. They are each unique little humans and bring me such joy. My husband, Mike, and I recently built a home on 5-acres of land. We enjoy watching the wildlife in our backyard, taking walks and exploring at the creek with the grandchildren.
I also love to paint, especially watercolor. I love watching the colors blend and change into something unexpected. Painting is my form of meditation. It helps quiet my mind, unlock my creativity, and totally lose track of time.
How do you define success? Success has nothing to do with money or power. It’s about having the love and respect of your family and friends.
What is your favorite childhood memory? My grandpa would get me off the school bus in the afternoon once in a while. He would put me on his shoulders and carry me back to their house for an afternoon of fun!
What do you consider your greatest achievement? Although this was definitely not my achievement alone, I’d have to say my 35-year marriage and raising two wonderful children.
