Hi, I’m Jack Alissi, a Wealth Management Advisor at Omnica Wealth. I graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing. Although finance wasn’t my primary focus in college, it’s an industry that has always intrigued me. When I interviewed with Omnica, I had a great feeling about the company and its culture. I decided to give it a shot and quickly fell in love with both the industry and the company.

My role at Omnica involves servicing clients and providing financial planning. My favorite part of the job is seeing clients reach their personal goals and achieve financial security. The best part of my day is when a client leaves the office feeling more comfortable with their financial situation than when they walked in.

I am passionate about learning and growing both professionally and personally. As an advisor, I’m always eager to discover new ways to help my clients. Whether it’s speaking with experienced advisors who have been in the industry for many years or reading books on career development, I’m constantly looking to expand my knowledge.

Outside of work, I enjoy water skiing and snow skiing. My favorite place to be when I’m not in the office is at my family’s house on Cape Cod.

A fun fact about me is that I officiated two different weddings in four months.

What is your favorite outside-of-work activity?

Definitely playing hockey. Even though I no longer play competitively, I really enjoy the men’s league and pick-up.

What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?

Something that scares them or puts them out of their comfort zone. Everyone is different, so it's hard to say one thing everyone should do, but I think trying new things is the key to growing as a person.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

That I don’t eat seafood. Growing up, spending summers on the cape always surprises people when I tell them I don’t eat seafood.
