Hi, I’m Bobby Schneider, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Omnica Wealth. My journey with the company began in early 2015 during my junior year at the University of Connecticut. What started as an internship has evolved into a decade-long career growing alongside the organization—from advisor to Partner.
In addition to serving our financial planning clients, I enjoy navigating the operational challenges that come with leading a growing and dynamic company. I’m passionate about building scalable systems, improving efficiency, and fostering an exceptional workplace culture for our team. I have also played an active role in integrating acquired practices into our business, helping ensure smooth transitions for both clients and team members.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Tess, and our black lab, Charlie. Growing up on a horse farm in South Glastonbury helped shape my appreciation for hard work, discipline, and community. Rock climbing has been a lifelong passion, offering both physical and mental challenges along with a strong sense of community that continues to inspire me.
