Hi, I’m Bobby Schneider, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Omnica Wealth. My journey with Omnica began in early 2015 during my junior year at the University of Connecticut. Starting as an intern, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the company over the past decade, evolving from advisor to Partner.
In addition to serving our financial planning clients, I thrive on tackling the operational complexities that come with leading a dynamic, expanding organization and am dedicated to fostering an exceptional workplace for our team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Tess, and our beloved black lab, Charlie. My roots are firmly planted in South Glastonbury, where I was raised on a horse farm and still reside today. Rock climbing has been a lifelong passion, offering both physical and mental challenges, along with a supportive community that continually inspires me.
